Exact figures wanted?  Here ya go:

the exp loss is one fourth of the least extreme alignment on the corp if
it is a mixed corp.

So, Reds w/ -10k,-9k,-5k or so and blues w/ 1k,200,2k:
	extreme aligns: -10k, 2k
	least extreme: 2k
	loss:	2k/4 -> 500 exp

Or, Reds w/ -1k, -4k, -500 and blues w/ 6k,7k,5k
	extreme aligns: -1k, 7k
	least extreme: -1k
	loss:   1k/4 -> 250 exp

I ran extern on my own TWGS quite a few times a month or so ago to figure
these out.  Hope that it helps!
