Badhouse's TWATS & TW_ATS (Trade Wars Advanced Tactical System).  It is the program you run as a communication program specifically for playing a game called Trade Wars 2002.  Where as most helper programs are a macro engine or basic utility, this is a complete tactical database system that is geared to the domination of trade wars.  I will assume you, as the individual reading this knows how to play trade wars.  If you don't know how to play the game, you need to learn and this program will be like a shotgun given to a little kid!
