Time Expired - locked node patch for 2002v2BA
This interrim patch for Trade Wars 2002 will
fix the problem where a user's time expires
but they are stuck in a transaction loop.
This patch is for version 2002v2bA *ONLY*
and will be part of 2002v2bB.
