Sorry, the original games were 5k sectors, but I’ve upped it to 20k. Then, I forgot to up the port counts, etc, accordingly. I also upped the fedspace parking to just two per sector.

Also, game will start at 6pm Pacific.

BOTE 2004 will open this years tournament at The Starodock on Dec. 1st, 2004! Unlike a certain tournament we agreed to host, this one is run by me, so there will be no problems.

Tourmanent rules, graphics, team pages and registration info will be forthcoming in the next few days.

The Original BOTE’s Rules

BLaST OFF Tournament is starting today, thats Friday at 10 pm est. The server is at: telnet:thestardock.com. The games will be named by the matches. Example: Alexio Vs PHX. I will add players before game starts. GL HF, e-mail me if you need me or ICQ ME…I will be on 9 til the games start running smoothly.

The BLaST OFF Tournament has found a home for this years 2004 version! Thanks to The Stardock…and EleqTrizi’T  this years tournament will be held on a great server with a great sysop. The offical ship/planet settings can be found via the tournament web site at:

This tournament is a solo/unlimited/ladder. Basically the winner advances to another round, while the loser gets eliminated! This tournament is going to be great, alot of players are showing up to see who is really the best in Trade Wars! Slim Shady and Alexio are among the better known. With about eight other traders so far. The start date is still TBA, but it WILL be before the end of Corp Wars, and the begging of BOTE 2004.
