Congratulations to Corp 1 for their victory in the Big Game 3.1. Also, I’d like to mention how impressed I was with members from Corp 2, who despite having less members and some early set backs, still managed to make a game of it. I like your attitudes, soldiers.

Big Hank’s Swanky Joint opens at 6pm Pacific, Wednesday night. Game will be of the Massive-line of games, but all new. 20,000 sectors, 1000 turns, high regens, interactive prompts, fast planets, easy red settings. However, powerful ships will require serious dough, so the game will not be a walk in the park. Edits will be made to ensure early-game blockades and the like are not going to be a factor.

In the midst of a nasty data loss, which by the way is the first time the Stardock TWGS has EVER had to end a game before it’s time, I have banged some new games.

I thought I recovered the Big Game data, I didn’t. All games are over. Two surges in three days have downed two of my computers, despite having protectors. I guess it’s time for a UPS.

Expanding on the post below, I have developed the tools needed to go to a closed, registration-only system. From now on, all new games will require you to come here and open up yourself an account. It’s all automated, it’s all very fast.

Two new games will be up within the next 24 hours. Chivalry Age 2 and Gangstas by Res SmokeDaCrackita, and a rebang of TurnsOPlenty.

The transition went pretty smooth yesterday. No one seemed to notice. I moved to my favorite distro, Mandrake Linux, along with updates to all the software.
